Job summary

Sinai Chicago is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine to complex CT procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. You will contribute to diagnosing disease and injury by following established protocols and ensuring patient safety.

The ideal candidate has an AMA-approved Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification eligibility, and 1–2 years of radiologic technician experience, with CPR and state credentials (IDNS/IEMA) required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an AMA-approved course in Radiologic Technology.
• 1–2 years Radiologic Technician experience.
• Previous work or training experience required in a defined functional area of special procedures.
• IDNS/IEMA, ARRT required.
• CPR required.
• Must be eligible for certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex CT procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Follow established protocols for diagnosis of disease and injury.
• Work under the direction of a radiologist for a wide variety of exams.

Position Purpose

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing routine to complex CT procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols under the direction/supervision of a radiologist where a wide variety of exams are regularly performed.
