Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures across pediatric to geriatric patients in accordance with policies and quality standards. You will maintain competency in assigned areas and support patient safety through adherence to QI processes.

Required credentials include BLS within 30 days of employment and ARRT-R Radiography/RT Radiologic Technologist credentials. Vocational or high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate, or High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

• Performs all CT procedures according to departmental policy and protocols on pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations, demonstrating competency based upon the area of assignment, as well as the ability to work with the patient's growth and development based upon their specific population group.
