Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN shifts. You will perform a range of CT imaging procedures and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

You will prepare patients, obtain consent, explain the procedure, and collaborate with radiology staff to ensure patient safety and comfort. ARRT-R and RT radiologic technologist credentials are required, with CPR due within 30 days.

Qualifications

  • ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
  • RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certification required.
  • Vocational school graduate required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Technologist works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions. You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them.

What qualifications you will need:

  • (ARRT-R) Radiography
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
  • Vocational School Graduate
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
