Job summary

Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging. The role supports physicians in diagnosis and treatment with adherence to department standards.

Qualifications include Radiology certification or associate’s degree, CPR and ARRT registration, IEMA license, and at least five years of CT experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered with full-time/PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
• Review CT's to ensure optimum quality

Hourly Pay Range

Hourly Pay Range: $36.42 - $56.45 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

CT Technologist Position Highlights

• Sign on Bonus: $1,000
• Position: CT Technologist
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Resource/PRN
• Hours: 2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends
• Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
• Required Travel: Yes

What you will need

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
• Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required, ARRT Registered required
• License: IEMA license
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
