Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time imaging role in Conyers, GA. The CT tech will perform diagnostic CT examinations under the direct guidance of a supervising Radiologist and provide compassionate patient care across all ages, from neonates to geriatrics.

A JRCERT-approved education, ARRT certification, and BLS are required, with 6 months of experience preferred. This position offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists perform diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with prescribed standards under the supervision of a Radiologist, providing patient care for neonatal to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).

PREFER:

6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BLS certified.
