Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist Trainee to join our radiology team. You will assist with patient prep, positioning, and basic CT operations under supervision, while pursuing CT certification and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will support image processing, documentation, and room readiness, delivering compassionate care during imaging procedures and advancing your CT skills within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiology program.
• ARRT certification and state license to practice radiology.
• CT certification within policy timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing patients for CT exams and explain procedures.
• Learn positioning techniques and safety procedures for CT imaging under supervision.
• Observe and assist with contrast administration under supervision.
• Support image processing, PACS transmission, and QA checks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in training and on‑the‑job instruction to gain CT competency.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for procedures.
• Provide compassionate care throughout imaging process.
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry as assigned.
• Learn the full scope of the CT Technologist role.
