Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to provide diagnostic CT services for inpatients, outpatients, and ED patients under the supervision of a radiologist. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT CT certification, Illinois Radiologic Technologist license, BLS, and have strong knowledge of CT protocols, patient safety, and workflow. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits within Illinois.

Qualifications

• Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT) within 1 year.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Position patients correctly using immobilization techniques.
• Perform optimal CT scans with appropriate factors based on diagnosis.
• Maintain lowest radiation dose per ALARA and document QA.
• Follow CT workflow including PACS and Meditech documentation.
