Job summary

Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital is seeking either a CT Technologist or a Specialty Tech in Training to support our CT team. The role can be filled at either level depending on qualifications and experience.

This PRN position offers flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the department’s needs. We welcome fully licensed CT Technologists, CT students, and cross-trained candidates planning to sit for the CT registry exam within the next three months.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography Certification/Registration (RT(R)) and state licensure where required.
• BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams according to department protocols while ensuring image quality and patient safety.
• Verify patient identity and provide patient education and support.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection prevention and quality standards.
• Operate CT equipment and related systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with radiologists, technologists, students and caregivers.
