Job summary

Methodist ER Nacogdoches is seeking a CT Tech PRN to provide high-quality CT imaging and patient care in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes competency in CT procedures, patient safety, and collaboration with the Radiology team.

You will support scheduling, imaging tracking, and charge capture using Meditech, while ensuring accuracy and compassionate care across all ages. Training and safety compliance are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
• Associate Degree is required.
• ARRT-CT or ARRT-R certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates CT competency: positioning, prep, and technical factors.
• Manages Radiology Imaging System tasks in Meditech (scheduling, tracking, charges).
• Cares for diverse patient groups from neonate to geriatric.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains CT room cleanliness and restocks supplies.
• Works independently and as part of a team, communicating professionally.
