Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
• Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board.
• Registered CT Technologist or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans on patients, prepares them, and ensures technical quality of the scan.
• Enters and monitors patient data and performs quality assurance on equipment.
• Identifies and reports any accidents or equipment malfunction.

Skills

Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients

Experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist

Basic or Advanced Life Support certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
