Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiology technology required.
• ARRT (R) registered required.

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic-quality CT imaging procedures.
• Consistently practice radiation safety and dose reduction when appropriate.
• Provide education to patients on radiologic procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure accuracy of ordered exams and compliance with workflow guidelines.
• Answer department phones professionally and complete scanning documentation as required.
