Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist Aide in Annapolis, MD to support a dedicated radiology team. You will greet patients, verify information, collect copays, and assist technologists to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 1 year medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and BLS certification. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Structured, organized approach to patient flow and data entry.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, collect copays, verify patient information and notify arrival.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and collect signatures; ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized before every patient exam.
• Assist technologists with patients.
• Safeguard patient information and property on site.
• Safeguard medications in compliance with policy and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
