Job summary

RadNet in Baltimore is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to conduct diagnostic radiology and CT exams for incoming patients. You will monitor patient well-being, administer contrast safely, and guide patients through procedures with clear explanations.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, state licensure, and BLS; prior imaging experience is preferred, with a focus on professional patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT(C)(CT) certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through the process by explaining steps and answering questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
