Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a CT Supervisor to oversee all CT procedures and staff, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to hospital policies. The role emphasizes leadership, interpersonal skills, and effective problem solving to optimize workflow and patient care.

The supervisor will collaborate with Radiologists and department management to maintain safety, quality, and compliance across the CT department.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
• ARRT-CT CT certification required.
• Vocational/technical schooling completed.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Supervisor provides oversight and coordination of all CT procedures and activities of assigned staff. The position requires the technologist to work with the Radiologists and department management to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. The CT Supervisor must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, proven leadership skills, ability to use sound judgment as situations dictate and effective problem solving skills. Prioritizes and organizes patient flow to ensure best utilization of time. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and Medical Staff.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
• Vocational School Graduate
