Welia Health in East Central Minnesota seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. The role emphasizes compassionate care while adhering to clinical standards.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT radiography registration, CT certification within 6–12 months, state licensure, and BLS. 1–2 years of radiology work experience is preferred, with CT experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (associate’s degree or higher).
• ARRT registration in Radiography required; CT certification within 6–12 months.
• State licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ongoing CE to maintain ARRT.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and related imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patients and position for procedures.
• Operate CT equipment safely to acquire high-quality images.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for reactions.
• Evaluate images for quality prior to interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure radiation safety and infection control compliance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians.
• Provide patient care and monitor condition during procedures.
