Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to perform CT examinations in inpatient and outpatient settings under radiologist direction. You will gather clinical data, ensure accurate records, and support physicians with interventional imaging.

Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited radiologic program, hold ARRT/NMTCB diagnostic CT certification, and are licensed in Massachusetts, with strong patient care and communication skills being essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by the ARRT or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision.
• Verbal and written communication skills with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings per standards.
• Gather clinical data, maintain accurate patient records and timely billing.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams.
• Send exams to PACS for physician review; perform QC on images.
• Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton as scheduled for support.
