Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Registered CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform CT scans, manage contrast injections, and work closely with Radiologists to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety.

The role requires ARRT CT certification or registration, CPR, and experience with RIS/HIS systems. Full-time, on-site positions across multiple campus locations are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT registered.
• Advanced CT registry required within one year of hire.
• Current CPR certification required before completion of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in the RIS/HIS modules appropriate to their job responsibilities.
• Patient CT questionnaire is completed for each patient and reviewed prior to start of exam, educational information provided to patient regarding their examination.
• Knowledge of patient condition history and appropriate background and information pertinent to proposed examination.
• Performs 3-D imaging functions and injects contrast for CT scans in accordance with department policy.
• Adheres to downtime procedures to ensure continuity of care and to support Press Ganey scores.
• Accounts for quality of digital images sent to PACS and verifies correct patient selection and accurate Medical Record information before sending to PACS.
