AHN Neighborhood Hospital in Pittsburgh seeks a CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray procedures at a technical level with minimal supervision. The role includes operating imaging equipment and ensuring timely, accurate results.

Essential duties include patient care support, equipment maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff. A strong radiology background, ARRT certification, and BLS are required, with CT certification preferred and travel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) is not applicable here but required qualification from the field
• Graduation from AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology is required
• Associate’s degree in Radiology preferred
• ARRT registration in radiography required
• ARRT CT registration preferred with CT certification required in certain markets
• Current BLS certification required
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred
• 1+ years CT experience preferred
• 1+ years ER experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses and staff
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
• Perform imaging exams per policies and regulations, notify physician on duty of results
• Maintain documentation, logs, charts and records
• Maintain reagents and consumables for quality testing
• Conduct routine maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment
• Retain analytic records for minimum of two years
• Perform ER technician duties as needed
• Travel to all facility locations as required
• Attend staff meetings and other required company meetings
