Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a CT/Radiology Technologist in Sparks, NV. This full-time role includes a 36-hour week, night shift, and comprehensive benefits. You will perform imaging across Surgery, ED, Pain Center, and Imaging, upholding patient safety and CQI participation.

Responsibilities include verifying patient history, preparing patients, establishing IV access, and evaluating image quality. A sign-on bonus and relocation are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Stand by/Call required.

Responsibilities

• Corroborate patient history with the procedure and ensure documentation is available for Radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures and verify correct patient, parameters, protocol, imaging site, and exam.
• Start and maintain intravenous access as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification.
