Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a CT/Radiology Technologist for a full-time night shift (36 hours/week) in Sparks, NV. The role involves performing imaging procedures across Surgery, ED, Pain Center, and Imaging, while upholding patient safety and CQI participation.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered. Responsibilities include verifying patient history, preparing patients, starting IV access, and ensuring high-quality images.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Stand by/Call required.

Responsibilities

• Corroborate patient’s clinical history with the procedure and ensure documentation for the radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures and verify patient, parameters, protocol, imaging site, and exam.
• Start and maintain intravenous access as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification.

Education

High School graduate; BS degree preferred.

Registered with ARRT

Current BCLS certification
