Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform imaging procedures including CT and X-Ray at a technical level with minimal supervision. You will support physicians, nurses and staff, operate all imaging equipment, and ensure quality testing and proper documentation.

The role requires graduation from an AMA-approved Radiology program, ARRT radiography credential, English fluency and BLS. CT certification is preferred with timely attainment.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from AMA-approved Radiology Technology program.
• Associate's degree in Radiology preferred.
• ARRT radiography certification required by state; CT certification preferred with timelines.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and patient care to support physicians, nurses and staff.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams per policies and notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to facility locations as required and participate in staff meetings.
