Grant Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures, rotate through diagnostic radiology, and uphold radiation safety standards. You will prepare rooms, explain procedures, document variations, and transport patients as needed within a high-demand radiology department.

Responsibilities include producing diagnostic images, maintaining equipment and stock, and using PACS to ensure timely radiologist review.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical imaging program with ARRT/NMTCB certification.
• Must obtain state radiography license as required by the service location.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepare room and equipment for patient exams, ensuring sterile technique.
• Perform CT examinations per physician orders and document variations.
• Observe patient and equipment, transport patients as needed, and document status in radiology chart.
• Maintain stock and labeling, ensure quality and safety practices in radiation exposure.
• Utilize PACS to verify exams are ready for radiologist review and physician access.
