Job summary

Qualifications include ARRT and BLS certifications, an associate degree or equivalent, and ER/hospital experience preferred. Cross-modality certification is a plus. This is a full-time night position at Milwaukee ER & Hospital.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school, with one year of related experience and training.
• ARRT and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Cross-modality certifications in two or more modalities (radiology, CT, US, MRI) or completed cross-training program.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CT equipment to obtain detailed images of internal organs and tissues.
• Position patients accurately for scans to target specific body areas.
• Sterilize and maintain radiologic equipment to uphold patient safety standards.
• Interpret and follow the physician’s scanning instructions accurately.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed to improve imaging quality.
• Monitor patients for allergic reactions or complications during procedures and respond appropriately.
