Job summary

Emerus is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures (CT and X-ray) at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The role includes assisting physicians, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.

Required are a radiology program graduate, ARRT registration, BLS, and 2+ years imaging experience with CT and ER exposure. The position is PRN and on-site with travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT registered in radiography required.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• CT certification within 12 months of hire (PA market) required.
• 2+ years radiology/imaging experience preferred.
• 1+ year CT experience preferred.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to staff and physicians.
• Operate imaging equipment including X-ray, CT, CR reader and PACS.
• Document and report results to the physician on duty.
• Maintain all records and logs for imaging procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks and maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Travel to facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
