Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
• ARRT radiography certification or NMTCB within 6 months of hire.
• Must possess current radiography license as required by state where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room, equipment, and materials for patient exams and maintains sterile technique.
• Performs CT exams per physician orders and communicates variations to Radiologist.
• Observes patient and equipment, transports and assists patients as needed.
• Documents patient status and exam details in the chart and PACS.
• Maintains supplies and assists with quality control and safety practices.
