Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a Radiology/Imaging Technician to operate diagnostic radiology equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and MR, and to prepare rooms, trays and supplies for procedures. The Radiology Tech assists the Radiologist during procedures and ensures high-quality images by correctly positioning patients and reviewing orders.

In addition to image acquisition, you will stock rooms, maintain a clean work area, and transport patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility preferred.
• Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, MR) and prepare rooms, trays and supplies.
• Assist Radiologists during procedures and position patients to obtain high-quality images.
• Perform related duties such as stocking rooms, maintaining a clean work area and transporting patients.
