Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.
• Wisconsin Radiographer license preferred.
• ARRT RT and CT registrations required; BLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Orient and train staff and students; provide day-to-day guidance.
• Assist with interviewing and staff development; address concerns.
• Interpret department policies; supervise staffing, inventory, and resources.
• Operate CT equipment; perform basic to advanced imaging procedures.
• Prepare contrast media; ensure proper scanning and labeling of images.
• Maintain radiology records; document billing codes and ensure patient charges.
• Identify equipment issues and perform QA tests; liaise with other departments.
• Position patients; ensure safety and radiation protection.
