University Hospitals CT Imaging seeks a skilled CT technologist to operate advanced X-ray and CT equipment, producing detailed cross‑sectional images to aid diagnosis and treatment. You will collaborate with radiologists and staff, while delivering compassionate patient care within a safety‑conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement CT scanning protocols in Diagnostic CT with emphasis on service excellence.
• Collaborate with coworkers, staff and patients with a positive attitude.
• Pursue self-development and support a learning environment.
• Adhere to ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely standards and hospital CT safety protocols.
• Follow hospital and department guidelines for patient identification and safety.
• Demonstrate competency in imaging procedures while upholding high standards of care.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Use administrative skills to support department operations.
• Communicate effectively with ordering providers and radiologists to protocol patient studies.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning and initiate service repairs when needed.
• Refer to competency documentation for all essential duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and PHI security requirements during orientation and daily work.
