• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment and rooms in a neat and safe condition for patient and staff safety.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities to ensure care aligns with standards.
• Completes assigned goals.
