Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology CT team. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients. The role requires strong anatomy knowledge, ARRT CT credential within 1 year, and a valid OH radiographer license.

Shifts are nights, 5x12-hour blocks, with biweekly 60 hours. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants, and a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging and related procedures for inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist with CT-guided biopsies, drain placements and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure smooth workflow in CT department.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exam expectations.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and communicate effectively under stress.
