Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic and therapeutic imaging. You will perform computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures, prepare patients, verify protocols, and ensure data quality while maintaining ALARA safety standards.

You will evaluate images, document activities, assist licensed practitioners, and educate clinical staff and students.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification required at hire; new graduates must obtain certification prior to employment.
• Advanced certification within 24 months for hires after a specified date.
• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, imaging protocols, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper patient identification, preparation, and confidentiality adherence.
• Perform imaging procedures with attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Evaluate images and verify data transfer and storage.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including vascular access management.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare colleagues.
• Assist licensed practitioners during interventional CT procedures.
