Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT and molecular imaging procedures, administer medications and contrast agents, and ensure patient safety according to ALARA principles.

You will prepare patients, verify correct identification, select imaging protocols, and optimize technical factors while documenting activities and assisting with interventional procedures. This role includes educating students and healthcare staff and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Certification by ARRT or NMTCB required; new graduates must be certified before employment.
• Ability to perform CT procedures independently.
• Graduate of Radiologic Technology program; related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong focus on patient safety, technical accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development and certification advancement.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct patient information, prepare patients for exams.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, ensure safety and quality.
• Administer medications and contrast agents as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality, verify data transfer, assist in interventional procedures.
• Educate and monitor students and team members, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
