Job summary

Bay Area Hospital is seeking a CT Tech to perform a variety of CT scans for patients of all ages, applying principles and techniques of computed tomography scanning to provide reliable results. The role requires staying current on CT developments and working with radiologists as needed.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT CT certification (or obtain within 6 months). On-call duties are required, with travel implications to the hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program in Radiology.
• Current ARRT CT Certification or obtain within 6 months.
• Current OBMI credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams with established standards and practices.
• Adjust and operate CT equipment for designated anatomical areas.
• Review orders and protocols; ensure quality and completeness of exams.
• Monitor patients during and after scans; assist in transporting patients.
