Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Radiologic Technology program in Radiology.
• Current ARRT CT certification or obtain within 6 months.
• Current ARRT and OBMI.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire and annually by Jan 30.
• Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by Jan 30 thereafter.
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic CT exams with established standards and practices.
• Operates CT equipment and positions patients.
• Reviews physicians orders and protocols.
• Positions, transfers and immobilizes patients as required.
• Perform IV injections and monitor IVs.
• Reviews and evaluates completed exams for quality.
