Job summary

ChristianaCare is recruiting a Full-Time CT Supervisor to oversee CT staff at the Newark Campus. You will work with radiologists to maintain CT protocols and ensure high-quality imaging while managing staffing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ARRT certification, 5+ years in CT imaging, and prior supervision. Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CT imaging experience required.
• ARRT (R) required, (CT) required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service/telephone skills required.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CT technical and technical assistant staff.
• HR activities, evaluations, interviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Maintain staffing levels at Newark Campus and affiliated hospitals including on-call.
• Develop and maintain CT protocols with radiologists.
• Oversee imaging quality and equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Support accreditation and policy updates for CT units and procedures.
• Coordinate student rotations with Allied Health programs and Imaging Education Associates.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
