Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Imaging Department is seeking a Full-Time CT Supervisor to join our Newark Campus. This leadership role oversees CT technologists and supports staffing, scheduling, and protocol refinement with radiologists.

Ideal candidates will have extensive CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification, and prior supervisory experience, with a strong focus on patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance across JCAHO, CMS, and DE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CT imaging experience
• ARRT CT certification required
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• Excellent customer service/telephone skills
• Proven leadership abilities
• Ability to function independently
• Strong problem solving and complaint resolution
• Interacting with physicians, patients, and families
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CT staff and techs
• Maintain staffing levels and scheduling
• Develop and maintain CT protocols with radiologists
• Ensure quality of clinical images and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance
• Oversee CT policies and procedures updates
• Prepare for JCAHO, CMS, and DE Radiation Control standards
• Coordinate student rotations and education activities
• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
