Job summary

Advocate Health Harrisburg is seeking a CT Imaging Supervisor to lead the radiology team and oversee CT operations. You will supervise technologists, ensure throughput, and maintain high technical standards across imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Required registry by ARRT or NMTCB with prior supervisory experience and BLS. Bachelor’s degree preferred; ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Registry with NMTCB or ARRT and supervisory experience required.
• BLS required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the technical and support staff in Radiology.
• Operates imaging equipment with a high level of expertise.
• Troubleshoots procedures and develops new techniques for the department.
• Supervises technologists in day-to-day work activities.
• Coordinates patient flow and ensures throughput and departmental efficiency.
