Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish seeks a Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging (CT) to lead daily CT operations, ensure throughput, and coach staff. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and five years CT experience with three years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT CT certification with CE compliance.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Five years CT experience; three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert CT knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography; (ARRT-R) Radiography
• Vocational School Graduate

Responsibilities

• Lead daily CT department operations and workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise CT staff and activities.
• Ensure compliance with TJC and hospital standards; deliver quality patient care.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations and related tasks.
