Job summary

You will supervise technologists, manage staff schedules, participate in hiring and training, and ensure compliance with ACR, MQSA, and state/federal regulations while maintaining focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT Certification required.
• BLS Certification required.

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare provider in California to find an experienced and motivated CT Imaging Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior technologist ready to step into leadership or an experienced supervisor looking to make a meaningful impact in a patient-first, collaborative environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work closely with the Imaging Services Manager to oversee both clinical and administrative operations.

You’ll split your time between leading staff and performing imaging procedures, supporting a multi-modality department including:

X-ray | Fluoroscopy | DEXA | Mammography | Ultrasound | CT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day imaging operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule technologists and support staff
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with ACR, MQSA, CDPH, FDA, CMS, and other regulatory standards
• Oversee quality control programs, equipment compliance, and audit readiness

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Certification

Experience & Skills:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with EQUIP & MQSA audits
• Familiarity with breast care coordination systems
