The position requires NY/CT licensure, ARRT registration, and 1–3 years of technical experience, with emphasis on radiation safety and patient care.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a vocational or technical school.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (NY/CT).
• ARRT Radiology registration required.
• 1–3 years of technical experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for examination and explains procedures; sets up equipment.
• Screens for pregnancy and ensures IV contrast consent forms are obtained.
• Performs CT procedures including abdominal, thoracic, neuro, and extremity exams; assist in planning.
