You will collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team, administer contrast per protocols, review images for accuracy, and participate in safety, quality control, and timely reporting. The role requires 1–2 years of radiologic program experience with licensure and CT

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical experience from an accredited radiologic sciences program
• 2–4 years CT Technologist experience in acute care setting preferred
• Licensure as Radiologic Technologist and CT certification/eligibility within 6 months
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
• ARDMS or ARRT preferred (Radiographer)

Responsabilités

• Operates CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images following protocols
• Positions patients appropriately and ensures comfort and safety during procedures
• Verifies patient identity and physician orders; screens for contraindications
• Administers contrast media per safety protocols and monitors for adverse reactions
• Explains procedures and answers patient questions to reduce anxiety
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team for accurate, timely results
• Reviews images for technical quality and communicates findings to team
• Performs equipment QC and ensures CT system readiness
