Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Technical Manager for Computed Tomography to oversee service excellence and safe patient-centered imaging. You will lead a team of CT technologists, ensure high-quality imaging output, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include graduate of an accredited Imaging/Radiology program, ARRT-R and CT certifications, California Radiologic Tech license, BLS, and a minimum of 5 years in CT with at least 2 years in

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging/Radiology program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ARRT-R and CT certifications required.
• California Radiologic Tech certification required.
• BLS from AHA or Red Cross required.
• 5+ years of CT Tech experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging service quality and patient safety to ensureexcellent care.
• Lead and coach imaging staff in applying skills and critical thinking.
• Round on patients to ensure consistent imaging practice and service quality.
• Chairs subdivision meetings focusing on performance and service excellence.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and budgets.
• Provide input to department goals and foster collaboration across departments.
