Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and discretion with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills in a busy medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff; answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Enter patient data and verify information in EMR/PACS.
• Assist in pre/post procedure setup and transport to imaging areas.
• Coordinate with departments for patient flow and discharge tasks.
• Support imaging staff and nurses as needed in a fast-paced setting.
