Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a CT department leader who will function as an extension of the Manager, overseeing imaging services and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform diagnostic CT procedures, explain each step to patients, and maintain accurate records to meet quality and legal standards while supporting policy development and daily operations in the Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification with relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required upon hire.
• 1–3 years of CT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Perform diagnostic CT procedures and explain them to patients.
• Assist with record-keeping, policy review, and compliance.
• Support department budgeting and development of policies and protocols.
• Manage daily operations and assume leadership in the Manager’s absence.
