Qualifications

• 4-5 years of crane operation experience.
• CT crane certification required.
• Certified Crane Operator (CCO) certification required.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and heavy machinery with precision and efficiency to meet project requirements.
• Perform pre-operational checks and inspections on cranes, ensuring safe operation.
• Monitor crane operations to detect and address safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan crane lifting activities safely.
• Adhere to rigging and signaling procedures with ground personnel.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulations.
• Assist in setup and assembly of cranes on job sites following manufacturer guidelines.
