Job summary

Apex Companies - CSW is seeking a Stormwater Compliance Coordinator to support environmental teams remotely. You’ll review reports, verify data, and help ensure regulatory compliance for client projects. This role emphasizes detail orientation, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit stormwater compliance reports to ensure high-quality information for clients.
• Check reference spreadsheets to verify report information.
• Bridge the gap between client manager requests and crew execution.
• Verify assets by checking Asset lists; rotate photos and adjust wording as needed.
• Address vegetation height, mowing and other asset information questions.
• Identify non-compliant information or issues for management/estimators.
• Note deficiencies and site notes in field notes spreadsheets.
• Assist with Annual Reports when needed.
• Provide field support with asset maps or deficiency information.

What you’ll do:

  • Check reference spreadsheets to verify report information.
  
  
  • Bridge the gap between client manager requests and crew execution.

  • Correct questions such as vegetation height, mowing performed and other asset information.
