Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Stormwater Compliance Coordinator who can work remotely. The role offers hourly pay between 23 and 26 with eligibility for annual bonuses, plus strong benefits and a focus on delivering accurate stormwater reports.

In this role you will review reports, verify data, and bridge communications between clients and field teams. A home-based work setup and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, mature personality, and willingness to work in a home-based environment.
• Detail-oriented, exceptional organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic typing skills with accurate spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
• Operation of standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Report Review: Review and edit stormwater compliance reports for high-quality client deliverables.
• Check reference spreadsheets to verify report information.
• Bridge the gap between client manager requests and crew execution.
• Verify assets by checking Asset lists and rotating photos/verbiage as needed.
• Correct questions such as vegetation height, mowing performed and other asset information.
• Pull non-compliant information or issues for review by management and/or estimators.
• Note deficiencies & site-related notes on field notes spreadsheets.
• Assist with Annual Reports when needed.
• Provide field assistance and information such as asset maps or deficiency info.

Position: Stormwater Compliance Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay: 23-26/hr

What you’ll do:
