Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs. The Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions.

This role requires full or provisional NC licensure and prior supervision/ community-based experience.

Qualifications

• Must have full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A) in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and person-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
