Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to clinicians serving adults with mental health needs across North Carolina. The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices, and participates in crisis response and on-call duties.

Strong licensure and supervision experience required.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
