Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of administrative, program coordination, legal support, or related experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, NCIC, and driving record check.
• Must complete required PREA and Detention Center security training prior to interacting with detainees or accessing secured areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CST scheduling between detainees and state‑contracted examiners.
• Collect, enter, and maintain CST data; monitor timelines and reporting.
• Communicate CST status and scheduling issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with court orders and privacy requirements.
